Bedtime Story

There's raging emotion inside this calm ocean,
A child that is wild, that your world exiled,
I'm in a world of my own, where I sit on the throne,
and dream of sunbeams and other such things
that take me away from the ways of today
that are wicked and wrong
like and unfinished song

that stays in your mind, forever, you'll find,
and forever's a time, when the clock doesn't chime,
it's a mix between now and always and how
can forever ever be severed
into minutes and hours cause time isn't ours.
It belongs belongs to the sun and shadows and fun
because when you have fun, two hours are one.
If you fall down the hill, then time will stand still;
And I know that it will.

It's happened before when my heart was torn
and then I did scorn

That world that I left but it was for the best
cause now I am here in this world I hold dear
where there is no fear, and I shed one sweet tear.
